Join NYC Gaymers for an afternoon of gaming, connection, and celebration with NYC’s LGBTQ+ gaming community.
We’re excited to bring Gaymer Pride back for another year.
This event is about creating a space where LGBTQ+ gamers and our allies can come together, meet each other, and just enjoy being in community. Whether you play competitively, casually, or not at all, you’re welcome here.
Join us for an afternoon at the Museum of the Moving Image filled with games, conversation, and connection. It’s a chance to spend time with people who share similar interests, discover new games, and be part of something that continues to grow each year.

Who this is for
Gaymer Pride is open to LGBTQ+ gamers, allies, developers, students, and anyone looking for a space to connect. You don’t need to be deeply involved in gaming to enjoy the event.
Get involved
If you’re interested in participating beyond attending, we’re currently welcoming:
Game design students who want to share their work
Community organizations looking to connect with attendees
Sponsors and partners interested in supporting the event
We’re also looking for volunteers to help with setup, engaging with attendees, and keeping things running smoothly.
The deadline for tabling and volunteer sign-ups is May 15, 2026.

Gaymer Pride 2024 - Part Deux

Gaymers Night Out to the Theater!
NYC Gaymers is partnering with Playwright Horizons for a night out to the theater! We're hosting an evening on Broadway, and inviting you and other community members. We have FREE limited tickets left (first come first serve) to see Stereophonic at Playwright Horizons (416 West 42nd St).
The event begins at 6pm with a free Gaming Lounge, free food and beverages will be provided, and we'll have gaming options available for fun before the show.

If you're an anime fan, you may be familiar with the idea of a school festival. It's a cultural experience every anime protagonist goes through during a filler arc, and we love it all the same! The sizzling snacks, the dynamic dancing, the phantasmal fortune teller - what's not to love? We return to this virtual space to celebrate and be with one another while the world still sorts itself out.

The sizzling snacks, the dynamic dancing, the phantasmal fortune teller - what's not to love? Unfortunately, the global pandemic has us stuck inside, but we do not think that should stop us from celebrating our own cultural festival!
Please join us for the Pride School Festival on Saturday June 20th at 3pm to 6pm entirely on Discord! We're building a virtual space for you to come live out your weebiest fantasies and to promote the well-being of our greater LGBTQIA+ community.
We're building a digital festival grounds on Discord! You'll find classic spaces to mingle like the entrance hall - a central hub for talking via voice chat or text - or a stage show, where we will be streaming live shows throughout the day! You'll also be able to enter rooms representing individual booths for where you can engage in further activities!
